Jason has over 25 years of business experience and recently lead the integration of Kidman Resources Limited into Wesfarmers Limited (ASX:WES) after it was purchased for AUD$776m in September 2019. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with EY in London, Jason moved to Australia and has since bought, operated and sold several business in a diverse range of industries. Jason has been the CFO of ASX listed businesses and is currently treasurer to several charities focussed on reducing homelessness in and around Melbourne.
