Mr. Winiarz is the Chief Investment Officer of Stable Asset Management. As a member of the leadership team and reporting to the firm’s CEO, Mr. Winiarz contributes to business strategy, deal sourcing, underwriting/research, and negotiating and structuring investments across asset classes on the Stable platform. Chris spent the past four years as the Chief Investment Officer for Lakeview Capital Management, a single-family office in Chicago. He focused on emerging managers and seeded alternative asset managers in both public and private markets. He previously served as an Investment Officer, Opportunistic Equity, for the University of California’s pension and endowment asset, and has extensive experience in manager research, asset allocation, and security selection. Chris has led research across all asset classes; including traditional investments, alternatives, real assets and niche investments. He earned a BBA in Finance and Economics from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He serves as Chairman of the investment committee for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Oakland. He previously served as Investment Committee member for Holy Names University, on the alumni board for the John Felice Rome Center of Loyola University Chicago, and as an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco.
