Rilwan is currently the Head of Impact Investing at ASA where he invests in private companies and investment funds. Previously, Rilwan was the Head of Impact investing at MassMutual where he created new programs within the firm that focused on impact allocations to funds, direct investments, diverse managers, and entrepreneurs. Rilwan has 20 years in private equity during which he has transacted deals across Latin America, Turkey, the Middle East, Asia, and the U.S. He holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
