Kaitlin joined iConnections when the company launched with its inaugural cap intro charity event, Funds4Food. As COO, she oversees operations, event partnerships, and product growth and development. Prior to joining iConnections she was responsible for sourcing strategic partnerships across business lines at Zume, Inc. Previously, she was a member of the Client Solutions team at MKP Capital Management, where she managed client relationships and co-covered North American fundraising across investor channels for discretionary global macro, fixed-income, and diversified credit strategies. Kaitlin is a CFA charterholder and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation. She received a BA in Public Policy and Law from Trinity College.
