Mr. Copeland joined Highland Associates in 2011 and he specializes in alternative investment research. Prior to joining Highland Associates, he worked with Messer and Associates conducting equity, fixed income, and investment manager research. Mr. Copeland earned his Bachelor and Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a concentration in Financial Risk, from the University of Alabama. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder and a CFA charterholder.
