iConnections’ Code Of Conduct

iConnections is committed to fostering a professional, respectful, and inclusive community for all members, attendees, sponsors, and partners. This Code of Conduct applies to all interactions with iConnections—on our platform, at our events, and in all communications.

By participating in iConnections, whether as a member, attendee, sponsor, or partner, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal from events, suspension of platform access, or termination of membership.

1. GENERAL CONDUCT

1.1 Professional Behavior. All participants shall conduct themselves in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner at all times. iConnections is a business community; interactions should reflect the standards expected in professional settings.

1.2 Respect for Others. Treat all individuals with dignity and respect, regardless of role, title, firm size, or background. Diverse perspectives strengthen our community.

1.3 Non-Discrimination. iConnections prohibits discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

1.4 No Harassment. Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: unwelcome comments, intimidation, stalking, inappropriate photography, sustained disruption, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.

1.5 Honest Dealings. Participants shall not misrepresent themselves, their firms, their authority, or their intentions. Provide accurate information in profiles, conversations, and business dealings.

1.6 Confidentiality. Respect the confidentiality of information shared by others. Do not disclose confidential business information, investment strategies, or personal details without consent.

2. PLATFORM CONDUCT

2.1 Appropriate Use. The iConnections platform is for professional networking and business communication. Use the platform for its intended purposes.

2.2 Messaging Standards. When using platform messaging features: be professional and concise; respect response times; do not send spam, bulk messages, or repeated unwanted contact; do not solicit for purposes unrelated to alternative investments.

2.3 Profile Accuracy. Maintain accurate and current profile information. Do not impersonate others or create misleading profiles.

2.4 No Scraping or Data Harvesting. Do not scrape, harvest, or systematically collect member data or platform content. See the iConnections Terms of Service (§4.6) for detailed platform use restrictions.

2.5 Content Standards. Do not post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes on intellectual property rights. Do not upload malware or malicious content.

2.6 Solicitation Limits. The platform is not for general advertising, recruiting for non-investment roles, or promoting products/services unrelated to alternative investments. Respect the community focus.

3. EVENT CONDUCT

3.1 Professionalism. Attendees shall behave professionally at all Event activities, including sessions, networking events, meals, and social functions. Events are an extension of professional business settings.

3.2 Networking Etiquette. Approach networking with mutual respect. Accept gracefully if someone declines a meeting or conversation. Do not monopolize others’ time or pressure attendees into meetings.

3.3 Alcohol and Substances. If alcohol is served, consume responsibly. Intoxication that affects professional behavior or makes others uncomfortable is prohibited. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

3.4 Venue Rules. Comply with all venue rules, security procedures, and staff instructions. Respect venue property and other guests.

3.5 Badge Requirements. Wear your event badge visibly at all times during Event activities. Do not share, transfer, or allow others to use your badge.

3.6 Session Conduct. During sessions and presentations, minimize disruptions. Silence devices, avoid side conversations, and respect speakers and fellow attendees.

4. AMENDMENTS

4.1 Updates. iConnections may update this Code of Conduct from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. For users subject to a Master Terms of Service, material changes to this Code of Conduct that expand the grounds for suspension or termination of platform access shall be subject to the amendment provisions set forth in the Master Terms of Service.

4.2 Current Version. The current version of this Code of Conduct is always available at www.iconnections.io/legal/.

5. REPORTING

5.1 How to Report. To report a violation of this Code of Conduct, contact iConnections at info@iconnections.io or speak to any iConnections staff member at an Event.

5.2 Investigation. iConnections will review reported violations promptly. The reporter and the individual(s) involved will be notified of the outcome where appropriate. iConnections’ determination is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution provisions in the governing agreement.
