Timothy Fischer serves as the Global Vice President of Client Success at iConnections, where he leads the strategy and execution of the client experience. Tim’s philosophy is simple: technology should empower relationships, not replace them. He is currently spearheading the company’s evolution to a year-round capital introduction platform, ensuring clients realize ROI every day, not just during conference season.
Tim creates success infrastructures that scale. At iConnections, he has architected a tiered engagement model that delivers white-glove strategy to Enterprise partners while deploying AI-driven efficiency for the broader network. He is a fierce advocate for the “Voice of the Customer,” partnering closely with Product and Engineering to translate client feedback into roadmap reality.
Prior to iConnections, Tim spent more than seven years at Smartly.io, where he served as Vice President of Customer Success. There, he scaled the organization to manage over $2 billion in client spend and built the CS team into an engine of growth. His background also includes key account roles at Sojern and Trafficbuyer Digital.
Tim holds a B.A. in History from The City College of New York and an M.S. from Pratt Institute. When not analyzing client health, he is focused on building world-class teams and developing the next generation of CS leaders.
