Heather Ehrenkranz is the Global Head of Client Strategy at iConnections, where she leads enterprise-level initiatives focused on client engagement, growth strategy, and organizational effectiveness across the global alternative investment ecosystem. She brings over two decades of experience spanning capital markets, business transformation, and client-centric operating models.
Prior to iConnections, Heather held multiple Managing Director roles at RBC Capital Markets, including Global Head of Equities Business Development & Agility and Managing Director of Digital Solutions & Client Insights. In these roles, she drove large-scale organizational transformation, developed global KPIs and operating frameworks, and led teams responsible for deepening institutional client relationships and accelerating revenue growth. Earlier in her career, she was a top-producing sales executive at RBC, Citi, Cowen & Co., and CIBC Oppenheimer.
Heather is a Certified Executive and Business Coach and has extensive experience in enterprise agility, culture change, and leadership development. She is deeply committed to philanthropy and has served in leadership roles with organizations including Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, The Children’s Museum of the Arts, and Grace Church School.
