Selection is allocator-led and mandate-driven, powered by the iConnections matching engine. Most allocators schedule 3 to 5 one-on-one meetings across the week, but the volume is flexible. The allocator sets the pace.
In-person, in-office is the default. That’s the point of the program. If an allocator opts in to virtual, managers who can’t travel can confirm virtually instead.
